Sean Chapman is the Senior Vice President and Director of Engineering at Marine Solutions. With more than 25 years of marine industry experience, including over 20 years supporting U.S. Navy waterfront infrastructure, he founded the company’s engineering services. A licensed professional engineer and certified commercial diver, he specializes in condition assessments, asset management, and repair design. He has authored numerous publications on waterfront asset management, served as a primary author of ASCE’s Manual of Practice for Waterfront Facility Inspections and Assessments, and currently chairs the ASCE COPRI Waterfront Facility Inspection Committee.
