Rigo Cisneros is a senior strategist, systems integrator, and program leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing infrastructure modernization, community resilience, and national defense readiness. His work spans civilian, federal, and defense environments, including ports, airports, energy systems, universities, local governments, military installations, federal agencies, and international defense programs. In Guam and the Indo-Pacific, he has supported cross-sector initiatives focused on infrastructure readiness, mission assurance, and critical systems modernization. He serves on the SAME National Leadership Assembly and chairs the Infrastructure Readiness Community of Interest.
