Post-Conference Trip to Palau (August 6 and 7)

The Port Authority of Guam would like to gauge interest from delegates to see if they would like to extend their stay following the APP Conference to visit the island of Palau.

1. Book your flights directly:
   • Book the United Flight 157 from the Guam International Airport (Tamuning) to the Palau International Airport (Koror).
     • Departs Thursday, August 6 at 11:45 pm / arrives Friday August 7 at 12:50 am

• • From the Palau International Airport back to the Guam International Airport, there are a number of options:
    • United: departs Saturday, August 8 at 3:10 am / arrives 6:15 am (same day)
    • If you would like to extend your stay, flights are available: Depart Sunday, August 9 at 10:55 am / arrive 9:45 pm (includes 1 stop); Depart Monday, August 10 at 2:05 am / arrive 5:10 am (same day)

1. Book your hotel directly:
   1. Thanks very much to the  West Plaza Hotel at Lebuu Street | Koror, Palau for their amazing rate of $149.86 per night, inclusive of Tax and PGST and includes a daily breakfast with your choice of Filipino, American, or Continental options. Airport transfers are available for $22.00 USD per person, each way. Please provide your flight details in advance if you would like to arrange this service.

      To confirm your reservation, a one-night deposit is required. Please complete and return the attached credit card authorization form to secure your booking.
      
      Important Arrival Information:
      You must complete the Palau Entry Form within 72 hours of your arrival at https://palautravel.pw/. You will receive a QR code via email to present upon arrival.

      Note: If you prefer to arrive prior to 2:00 PM and require an early check-in, please make your reservation a day in advance to ensure your accommodation is ready upon arrival. Please ensure your reservation extends an extra night beyond your flight date and time if necessary.

      Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
      – Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 1-night charge
      – Less than 21 days prior to arrival: 2-night charge
      – Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 3-night charge
      – No-show: 100% of the total reservation cost
