Alex Sivila joined ADELTE in 2006 as a Technical Designer specializing in Seaport Passenger Boarding Bridges and subsequently progressed through project management roles covering both the Seaport and Airport sectors. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

In 2016, Alex relocated to Florida, where he became North America Operations & Business Development Manager. Since 2022, he has served as Director of North America, overseeing

ADELTE’s activities across the region, including business development, project execution, operations, and customer relationships.

With 20 years of experience at ADELTE, Alex brings extensive technical, project management, and operational expertise, combined with a deep understanding of the North American cruise industry and its evolving infrastructure needs. He has worked closely with cruise lines, ports, terminal operators, contractors, and other industry stakeholders throughout his career.

Alex is a native speaker of Spanish and Catalan and is fluent in English and French.
