Martynowicz works at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Pacific Southwest Region 9 supporting partnerships to reduce air emissions, including at ports. She serves as a Technical Lead to various grant programs to reduce air pollution through the adoption of innovative cleaner technologies, such as the Diesel Emision Reduction Act, Clean Ports, Clean Heavy-Duty Vehicles, and Targeted Airshed Grant Programs. She has worked at the EPA both in Washington, DC and Region 9 for over 25 years!
