Mr. Leo B. Tudela is a graduate of California State University-Hayward with a degree in Sociology and a Minor in Business Administration. With a career spanning over five decades at the United States Postal Service, he has held various roles, such as Director and District Manager in Florida, Oklahoma, and Texas. He has also served as the District Director of Human Resources in Puerto Rico, Boston, Massachusetts and Santa Ana District, Southern California and assumed the responsibilities of Vice President/Area Manager for Asia-Pacific International Business. In addition to his postal service career, Mr. Tudela proudly served in the U.S. Army for six years during the Vietnam era. While with Hawaiian Airlines, he was the Chief Agent for Operations and Ramp Control. He proudly joined the Commonwealth Ports Authority in November 2023.
