Melissa Pavlicek serves as the executive director of the Hawaii Harbors Users Group, a trade group representing more than 20 commercial maritime organizations with governmental partnerships at the state and federal level. For 20 years, she has served as a lobbyist and association management professional in Honolulu. Ms. Pavlicek currently volunteers as the executive director of the state’s law enforcement memorial, honoring fallen police officers. Raised in Maui, she graduated from the Wm. S. Richardson School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Hawaii.
